Cancellation Policy - All Bookings

We always endeavor to bring our clients the highest standards of atmosphere, coaching and over all services. Our high standards, coupled with the extremely labour intensive nature of this business means that we scheduled our daily activities and roster around our clients requirements. It’s for these reasons we must apply a strict cancellation policy. 

All bookings are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel more than 24 hours prior to the booking time will result in full fee being charged. Either via the forforte of all prepayments or the full fee being charged to the supplied credit card details. 

Casual Bookings

  1. Full payment or an active credit card must be given at the time of the booking.
  2. All bookings are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel more than 24 hours prior to the booking time will result in full fee being charged. Either via the in the forforte of all prepayments or the full fee being charged to the supplied credit card details. 

Classic Riding Lessons

Term or Block Bookings

  1. 10 weeks tuition 
  2. Weekly session allocation will be based on indicated option, experience, age and the best interest of the rider
  3. Riding times including mounting and dismounting times. Please ensure you arrive with sufficient time to prepare and avoid losing valuable riding time. 
  4. This a non refundable purchase. Any refunds are at the discretion of the owner and only granted under exceptional circumstances. If you are unsure of your availability, please contact the office before proceeding. 
  5. ‘Make up lessons’ are at the discretion of the business and will require 24 hours cancellation notice to be eligible.

Customer Loyalty Bookings

By electing to book through the Customer Loyalty Program you agree to the following T&C’s

  1. Receipt of a 10% discounted and priority lesson allocation
  2. Book via the online booking system
  3. Listed deposit to be paid on booking to secure your place and discount.
  4. Remaining amount to be charged onto the original card used to make the deposit payment on the listed date.
  5. You understand it is a non refundable, non transferable booking. Any refunds are at the discretion of the owner and only granted under exceptional circumstances.

Children's Term Programs - Ready Set Trot & Equiskills

Term Bookings

  3. 2 hour session per week, 1-hour theory, 1-hour riding
  4. Two “make up lessons”, on scheduled dates,  for genuine missed lessons are available and will require 24 hours cancellation notice to be eligible.
  5. Weekly session allocation will be based on indicated option, experience, age and the best interest of the rider
  6. Riding times including mounting and dismounting times. please ensure you arrive with sufficient time to prepare and avoid losing valuable riding time.

Children's Term Programs - Junior Jockeys

Term Bookings

  1. Full prepayment must be paid prior to the commencement of the first lesson
  2. 10 weeks tuition 
  3. 1 hour session per week, 30 min theory, 30 min riding
  4. Two “make up lessons”, on scheduled dates,  for genuine missed lessons are available and will require 24 hours cancellation notice to be eligible.
  5. Weekly session allocation will be based on indicated option, experience, age and the best interest of the rider
  6. Riding times including mounting and dismounting times. please ensure you arrive with sufficient time to prepare and avoid losing valuable riding time.
  7. This a non refundable purchase.

School Holiday Programs

  1. This is a non-refundable booking. By the discretion of management, under exceptional circumstances, a booking may be transferred to another student or used as credit for the same booking in the following school holidays. 
  2. 2 rider per day – 1 Group Riding Lesson, 1 Ride in Centennial Park
  3. 9am Start – 4pm Finish

Competition Squad

  • Structured term based program 
  • Advanced Coach 
  • Priority to advanced lesson horses 
  • Advanced theory
  • 3 lessons per week including extended Suandy Group Jump training 
  • Opportunity to participate in set internal and external clinics and competitions when appropriate

Junior Training Squad

  • Structured term based program 
  • Advanced Coach 
  • Priority horse allocation 
  • 2 lessons per week
  • Opportunity to participate in internal clinics and competitions when appropriate

Payment Terms

Option 1: Full Payment, payable prior to the commencement of term via the online enrolment system.

Option 2: 3 Instalments –
      Instalment 1:  Payable prior to the commencement of term via the online enrolment system.

      Instalment 2: Charged to the credit card used to pay instalment 1 in week 4 of term.

      Instalment 3: Charged to the credit card used to pay instalment 1 in week 7 of term.
