You might not know this, but Eastside Riding Academy is situated within the world-famous Centennial Park in Sydney; a frequently maintained and idyllically tranquil natural region that’s simply perfect for horse riding. It’s also one of just two locations in the entire world that offer inner city horse riding capabilities – and this is an activity that we are proud to share with our riders.
We offer Centennial Park Rides for people of all ages and skill levels. With each ride lasting for about an hour, we have no doubt that you’ll enjoy all that there is to see and do in this stunning region. When booking a park ride, we’ll take you along the length of the 3.9km bridle path – which is just about as far from the inner city as you can get!
No more concrete walls, tinted windows and hustle and bustle (at least for an hour). While their enjoying being carried comfortably by our fully trained and highly educated horses and ponies; you might even find their interest peaking, ready for lessons of their own!
We typically take our riders out in small groups that are supervised by one of our friendly members of staff. They’ll be on hand to offer advice and to answer any questions relating to the horses and riding in general; they’ll even set the pace to ensure that beginners aren’t left struggling to keep up with the rest of the group.
